Main Colours Required : 100g White, 100g Light Brown, 75g Grey, 25g Purple, 25g Black. Oddment of yellow for inner flowers.

Completed Dimensions : Both bears are approx. 32cm tall when standing.

Digital Pattern Downloads
What happens after I have paid for a download?
After payment, you will receive a confirmation order and a second email with a link for you to click and download your patterns. This is automatic and will happen within a minute or two.
This is very important - Please check your spam folder if you don't receive your email immediately as there is a good chance it has been filed there.
What if I Want to Download Again?
You can download your knitting pattern as many times as you like, so if you change your device or have technical problems, just bob back and get it again.
Printed Leaflet Patterns
How much is Postage?
We deliver knitting patterns to all UK addresses. Postage is FREE over a purchase price of £13. For lower amounts it is £1.99 per order regardless of the number of patterns you order.
All printed patterns are sent by Royal Mail post which is a non-guaranteed 2-3 working day service.
Also Note : Downloaded patterns are not charged for postage.
What happens after I place an order?
You will receive a confirmation order shortly after you pay with the details of your order. Your order will quickly be picked and packed and dispatched to you as fast as possible.

What About Knitting Needles?
We use either 3mm(UK 11, US 3) needles with Double Knitting yarn.If you use chunky / bulky then 4.5mm single pointed knitting needles(UK 7, US 7) are what we use.
Is That Right? It Seems Too Small
If you look at a ball band or have knitted garments before, you will know the recommended size is for larger needles.We do this so when you knit the pieces the knitting stays dense and the toy stuffing doesn't show through.
How Do I Attach a Head to a Knitted Toy ?
The article gives help to avoid wobbly knitted heads and makes them secure for children to use.
Using Your Pattern
Do You Sell Yarn, Needles or Haberdashery?
All we do is create gorgeous toy knitting patterns.We don't sell anything else.This makes us specialists at what we do.
This also means that you are free to buy your haberdashery from your local yarn shop or any other place that you like.
Do I Need To Go And Buy More Yarn?
No. (Well, not unless you want to!) Just use up some of your stash. The patterns don't use any brand in particular. If you keep the yarn a consistent thickness for all colours and you can pretty much use what you want.
We tend to use acrylic yarn for our toys as the thickness is consistent and colours are vibrant.
We only use 2 thicknesses of yarn for all patterns. Either Double Knitting (Light Worsted, 8ply, No.3, Approx 300m/100g) or Chunky (Bulky, 16ply, No.5, Approx 150m/100g) See the listing to see which one we used.
You know that you will be able to use the pattern in future too when your stash changes. Don't be afraid to experiment with fancy yarns and thicknesses.

This is a lovely pattern, both bears are easy to knit and I decided to embellish them with a few additions of my own. I found out the bride’s colour scheme so I could use it to personalise the bears with a ribbon round the middle of the bride’s dress and a cummerbund on the groom bear. I used the same colour for the facial features, bow tie and flowers and put pearls in the centre of the flowers. I haven’t given the gifts to my friends yet as their wedding is not until next month but I know they will be a lovely, original, hand-crafted keepsake of their special day. The Knitting By Post patterns are fantastic, a beautiful and thoughtful collection. Thank you KBP!!
