Needle Size Required : 3mm Single Pointed Needles

Yarn Required : Double Knitting

Main Colours Required : 25g Brown, Red and Yellow. Small amount of Black for eyes.

Extras Required : Toy stuffing

Completed Dimensions : Approximately 14cm tall and 14cm from front to tail.

Skills Used : Cast on, knit, purl, increase by knitting into the front and back of stitch, decrease by knitting two stitches together, cast off, sewing pieces together.

    Looks so so cute when knitted up, the beak could do with just one extra row of yellow and I knitted the red in a wool with glitter through it which makes it look even better, will be knitting many more for our Christmas Fayre

    Sooo cute, had to make him as soon as the pattern arrived, takes no time to knit. Did not even to make it to my charity table he was sold as soon as he came out of my bag. Money goes to Samaritans Purse Shoe Box Appeal and Knitting by Post items always sell quickest!
