Knit these cute and adorable book ends with the help of this knitting pattern.
The Cat is in Pink and Cream and dog in Blue and Cream candy stripes.
The pattern is simple and easy to knit. They can be stuffed with toy stuffing, or dried rice/lentils can be added to the body to make them sturdy and capable of holding books upright.
Yarn : Double knitting
Needle Size : 3mm Single Point Needles
Main Colours : 3 main colours are 50g light blue and light pink. 100g cream. Oddments of dark blue and dark pink for collar and nose.
Toy Dimensions : approx 14 inches or 35cms tall from feet to ears.
Skills used : Cast on, knit, purl, increase by knitting into the front and back of stitch, decrease by knitting two stitches together, cast off, Sewing pieces together.
