I made this in blue and white aswell as pink and white. I made them for a friend who runs a charity with the help of a caravan and a beach hut to give a seaside holiday for families when time is short and precious to make memories before a member of them grows wings, this is something that she is extremely dedicated to.and also now provide a restful break in a quiet spot to military either with physical or mental problems (including ptsd) I saw ordered and made them last week and they took place with the other charity mascots during a fundraising event. To continue to provide these breaks at no cost to families of the above costs £60,000 per annum. So I made them in the colours of the charity. Feel free to check the charity out. Find them at the Maria Hanson Foundation on facebook

I have already made this item and although the finished item was lovely I had to re knit the ‘ unicorn’ because it turned out too small on the pattern given.

My else daughter chose this one as she loves unicorns. Looks easy to follow pattern and can’t wait to start it.
Happened to come across this site and have to say I’m hooked. I’m a new self taught knitter and love the ease of reading the patterns, being able to choose what type of format I want it, ( I like having a paper copy). Both my daughters are looking forward to receiving this as a gift soon as I can make my mind up which to start first, so many nice and fabulous patterns x

My experience of the download was very easy and straight-forward. The pattern was a very easy knit and it turned out just as pictured. I found it looked a little bare from the side view, so I dotted a few heart shaped pink button on each side to give it more detail. I would recommend this pattern.

Love it. Finished over a couple of long evenings. Truly delighted with finished item. Have knitted it with a view to giving to new baby girl. No reason why not use blue instead of pink so suitable for a boy. Keep the patterns coming.
